Product Care Recommendations
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent buildup.
- Keep in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperature shifts.
- Avoid placing hot mugs or dishes directly on wood surfaces. Use trivets or pads.
- Reapply natural wood wax every six months (or as needed).
- Use a soft cloth and follow the wood grain. Buff to a soft shine after applying.
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Avoid dragging heavy or sharp objects across the surface.
- Protect against acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar, etc.)—use coasters or trays under drinks and food.
- Reapply natural stone sealer annually.
- Wipe up liquids immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
- Don’t allow moisture to sit on the surface—it can damage both wood and stone.
- Do not use all-purpose cleaning sprays, ammonia-based cleaners, or silicone polishes on the wood, as these can strip the wax finish or leave residue.
- For minor water marks or stains, gently sand with 220+ grit sandpaper, following the grain.
- Reapply wood wax and buff to restore the finish.
