5-Year Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on a selection of our products, including furniture, lighting, and certain accessories. 

Returns & Claims

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their Redline Design order. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery by contacting Redline Design Support.

Custom orders may not qualify for standard returns and will be evaluated individually. However, our top priority is keeping you happy—if we can accommodate a return, we will do our best.

Returned products must be in the same condition and quality as received, including all original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
